Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we are happy to ship outside the United States.  Depending on your location and the weight of your order, there will typically be additional shipping fees. Heavy objects such as laminators incur the most extra shipping fees when shipping out of the USA. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order is usually shipped the same day, however it can take up to 48 hours during the business week to process your order.  We ship all orders USPS priority which takes 2-3 business days.

Can I buy your product in bulk?

Absolutely.  We are able to sell all of our products in bulk.  Should you need a cheaper price for a larger quantity than there is a price break for, please contact us at sales@arcadiaid.com to learn about bulk pricing.  For faster service, please include in your e-mail which product you are interested in and quantity.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes. Simply select "PayPal Express Checkout" after you have filled your cart. If you are a new customer, your PayPal profile will be created into an ArcadiaID profile.

Do your cards look like PVC cards?

The identification supplies sold on our website will produce cards that look extremely similar to a PVC card.  Infact, to the naked eye, its very difficult to tell the difference.  Using a butterfly pouch, Artisyn synthetic paper, and a heat laminator, it is easy to design an ID card to fit your needs.  You can even write information to the magnetic stripe using an EasyIDea Magnetic Stripe Encoder.

You may choose which butterfly pouches and holograms are included in you order. Simply specify your selection included with your PayPal payment.

  What is included in auctions selling your guides and tutorials?

These guides and tutorials auctions are there to help you find our useful information here on our website. There is no need to bid on them on eBay, simply view the tutorial by going to our Tutorials section by clicking the link at the top of this page.  However, if you do purchase a tutorial, we are happy to deduct the amount from your next order.

  Can I pay with a credit card for eBay items?

You may use a credit card to pay for your eBay auctions by placing an order on our website and pay with a credit card. Simply reference the eBay auction ID in the Comments field when checking out, and we will use the card to pay for your eBay auctions. Alternately, you may contact us to provide your card information over the phone.

  How much is shipping for eBay auctions?

Shipping is $6.95 per shipment within the USA. Feel free to combine shipping costs by placing multiple orders. Some auctions have a Shipping Reserve in which the shipping fee is waived if the bid amount passes a certain value. Please refer to the specific auction for any available Shipping Reserves.

  How do I claim my eBay tutorial website credit?

We will happily credit your account for any amount you paid us for an eBay guide or tutorial auction. Simply reference the eBay auction ID in the comments field during checkout at our site.
