The Print@Home Complete ID Kits include everything you need to create professional, durable, PVC card quality ID cards from your office or home using any inkjet or laser printer! Simply Print, Punch, and Laminate!
• PRINT: Print your ID designs onto Artisyn® or Teslin®Synthetic Papers. We've partnered with IDcreator to make our Complete Kits compatible with their ID designer software. Simply use the free online designer and export your ID card designs to an eight card printing PDF that fits the dimensions of our 8-up microperforated sheets!
• PUNCH: Punch out the ID insert from the sheet and insert them into the seamless butterfly laminating pouches. We also carry pouches with magnetic stripes for your access control needs!
• LAMINATE: Place the card directly into the ID Card Pouch Laminator. In seconds, you will have a durable, waterproof, borderless ID card that looks and feels like a professionally printed card!
Our Print@Home Kits produce cards that are 30 mil thick and CR80 sized (2.125” x3.375”), the standard size of cards in your wallet. ID designs printed on our 10 mil thick synthetic printing sheets are punched out to form inserts that are placed between the two 10 mil thick flaps of the butterfly laminating pouch. After being placed in the heated ID card pouch laminator, the synthetic paper and pouch fuse together to form a durable 30 mil thick PVC card-like ID card without the borders or seams that are necessary with common laminating pouches.

• 2 sheets of 8.5" x 11" Full Sheet of 8-up Perforated Artisyn® or Teslin®Synthetic Paper OR 10 sheets of 4"x 6" 1-up Perforated Sheets
• 10 butterfly pouches
• 10 holograms or protective overlays
The MiniLam 450 ID card laminator is designed specifically for 7- 10 mil ID card lamination. The MiniLam 450-T has an optional temperature control which will make your laminator useable for standard 3-5 mil pouches for photo or document preservation. For more information, please view their product pages. Artisyn® synthetic paper works remarkably in laser and both dye-based and pigmented inkjet printers for the highest quality printing. Laser Teslin®paper is suitable for laser and pigmented inkjet printers. Inkjet Teslin®paper is specially treated to absorb the ink from common dye-based inkjet printers. HiCo Butterfly Pouches have a 1/2" high coercivity magnetic stripe that is encodeable on all three tracks for all data management and access control. The price of the kit and components includes a 5% discount!
