Arcadia ID Butterfly Pouches are made from a single peice of premium-plastic. It is scored longways down the middle so it can fold together or lay open and flat.

Our premium butterfly pouches are made right here at our facility in the U.S.A. The purpose of butterfly pouches compared to traditional laminating pouches is that butterfly pouches allow for an edge-to-edge seal. The result is a card mimicks that of one printed on an expensive PVC ID card printer. The inside of the lamination pouch is coated with a heat-activated film that adheres to your printed ID insert as it runs through the laminator.

We carry two styles of butterfly pouches: 1.) Premium Matte
2.) Standard Glossy

We carry two thicknesses of butterfly pouches:

1.) 7 mil (.007")
2.) 10 mil (.010")


We carry three encoding capabilities for your butterfly pouches:
1.) No Magnetic Stripe
2.) High-Coercivity (HiCo) Magnetic Stripe
3.) Low-Coercivity (LoCo) Magnetic Stripe

You may mix-and-match these features to choose the best butterfly pouch for your needs. If a combination is not shown below, it is temporarily out of stock while we produce additional units.
