Make secure identification by using our seamless butterfly pouches with Artisyn NanoExtreme or Teslin paper and a laminator. These pouches have a premium matte finish which significantly reduces the slight glossiness present with normal pouches. ID cards made with our premium matte pouches make laminated ID cards that much more closely resemble PVC cards than regular pouches. These matte pouches are made in America, specially for ArcadiaID, using a proprietary method and far exceed the quality of other matte pouches which are outsourced and produced overseas.

By inserting Teslin between the flaps and laminating it, one can produce seamless, secure identification cards that can be used for any purpose. The pouches are 10 mil thick and produce a 30 mil card when using 10 mil Artisyn NanoExtreme or Teslin, the same thickness of all standard ID cards. These pouches have a 1/2" HiCo magnetic stripe that can be encoded with our EasyIDea Magnetic Stripe Encoder.
