Microperforated Sheet 8-up Printing Guides

- Microsoft Word Printing Guide -  Exact dimensions

This template fits a 2.13"x3.38" ID design.  These are the rounded 3.375" x 2.125" CR80 standard compatible dimensions for Microsoft Word. The dimensions of this template exactly match our perforated 8-up sheets. We recommend that if you want to print an edge to edge color card, you use the 3% larger adjusted template below because there is no room for printer error with this template.

- Microsoft Word Printing Guide -3% larger (allows for bleed space)

This is the recommended template to print an edge to edge color card as it provides bleed space for printing inconsistencies common with most common inexpensive printers. If your image dimentions are Cr80 or 2.13"x3.3standard, simply insert the ID design picture file into the table, right click on it, and select format picture. Then enlarge the ID picture 3% by increasing the scale to 103% with a locked aspect ratio. This will make the final size of the ID 2.19"x3.48", creating a slight bleed space when printing, and ensuring an edge to edge color card.
