At ArcadiaID: Your source for Compete ID Card Kits. We are committed to providing you with products that exceed your expectations. As such, we are proud to offer a guarantee that your products will be correct and in perfect working condition when they arrive. If there appears to be an issue, simply return the merchandise to us for a replacement. Due to the nature of our security products, we are not able to accept returns of products that are not defective or your shipping fees. This gurantee applies to domestic orders only. Please see limits of international shipping liability below.
We are proud to ship all of our orders via the United States Postal Service for reliability, speed, and efficiency.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer must contact us prior to sending an order back.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns for security products. Custom made products may not be returned. If a product does not meet quality standards due to the customer’s customization, it will not be eligible for a return or refund. If you have any questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, please contact us prior to placing the order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If there is no damage to the product upon receipt the buyer is responsible for return shipping. When the return is received, the buyer will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable after the order has left our facility.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Most orders will be processed and packed same day, however it may take up to 48 business hours to process an order. When your order is processed and packed, you will be updated with a tracking number. In order to provide you with the fastest service possible, orders may be packed after business hours or on weekends. Tracking numbers issued after our daily USPS pickup or on weekends will not become active until the next business day, when they reach the USPS system. Because of our quick processing times, we may be unable to modify once placed. Additionally, due to the nature of our security products, we are unable to cancel orders or accept returns after they have left our shipping facility for any reason other than a natural defect in the product.
Standard Flat Rate Domestic Shipping
For all domestic orders, regardless of size or quantity, we offer USPS First Class Priority Mail for a nominal flat rate of $6.95. We are only able to offer this flat rate shipping method to destinations in the United States and its holdings. Your order will typically ship either First Class or Priority Mail. Both shipping methods take 2-4 days to reach their destination once they are received by the post office. You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your package once your order is processed.
International Shipping - Priority Mail
We ship USPS Priority Mail International to most locations around the world. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout depending on your location. Packages shipped Priority Mail will generally take 7-14 days to reach international destinations. In rare cases, some international packages can take up to 4 weeks to reach the destination. This is entirely dependent on the destination country's customs and postal service, which is something that we have no control over. We ask that our international customers plan ahead as the order will come, it may just take time. Destinations in Canada generally arrive more quickly and take around 7 days.
ArcadiaID is now proud to offer USPS Express Shipping to most destinations domestically and internationally. Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days for domestic destinations. Most often, packages arrive overnight once they reach the postal system. International Express Mail takes approximately 5-7 days. We are unable to guarantee delivery times for International Express Mail because this depends entirely on the destination country's customs and postal service.
Although we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, we still may take up to 48 hours to process your order. The Express Shipping option in no way shortens the processing time.
The Express Mail shipping option is unavailable for orders with laminators or magnetic stripe encoders.
Arcadia ID Delivery
Orders will generally be shipped to the shipping address. In some cases, it may be necessary to ship to the billing address only. We will notify you of this need prior to shipping. Customers can add shipping addresses to their credit cards either permanently or temporarily by contacting the card issuer.
Priority Mail and Express Mail orders carry a USPS Delivery Confirmation code that will be used to determine whether the item has been delivered to the provided address. Arcadia Enterprises LLC is not responsible for packages which the USPS Delivery Confirmation Service flags as having been delivered or packages that are undeliverable and have not been returned to us yet. Tracking down the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. Be sure the address you input is accurate during checkout.
If the package is returned as undeliverable for any reason not limited to invalid address, refusal of delivery, ect, the customer must pay the cost to reship the order. We will be unable to reship the order until USPS returns the package. Also the customer will be required to pay shipping costs for orders returned to us because the package was undeliverable as addressed.
We have limited ability to track orders shipped to international destinations once the order is transferred to the destination country's customs and postal service. Because of this, ArcadiaID is not responsible for delivery of orders internationally. By placing an order at ArcadiaID, international customers agree to accept the risk off lost orders and shall not hold ArcadiaID responsible should this unlikely event occur. We ask that international customers work with their postal service directly to work out delivery issues.
ID Card Laminators
We are proud to manufacture our own line of high quality EasyIDea laminators designed specifically for the purpose of efficient ID making. We offer a 90 day limited warranty on our laminators from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects and normal use. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with one of our laminators, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may be required to send your laminator back for repair or replacement. The customer will be required to cover return shipping costs for the laminator.
Limits of Liability on International Orders
We are happy to ship to international destinations, however by placing an order at Arcadia ID, you accept the liability of transit involved. By placing an order with an international shipping destination, you agree that once we mark your order as shipped and provide you with a tracking number, we have fulfilled our obligation of service to you. This means that we are not able to accept any liability for damage in transit that may arise from but not limited to loss, misue, or mishandling by postal agents, customs agents, or general transit issues. We strive to keep you as returning customers and want you to receive your materials in perfect condition. We package all of our goods with the best of care using extremely durable shipping materials and inspect and test all of our products, including electronics, prior to shipment to determine perfect working order. If you have had issues in the past with products reaching your destination, we request that you contact us to purchase additional shipping insurance at email@example.com.
We will extend warranty service to our international laminators, however any service to laminators will done be at complete cost to the international customer including shipment postoage costs of a replacement laminator to the customer.
Magnetic Stripe Encoder Special Shipping Instructions
Due to the nature of this item, this product requires special shipping policies. All products will be shipped Priority Mail and will require a signature. We may also need additional processing time to contact the customer or validate payment before shipping an encoder.
We will ship this product to any address anywhere in the world. If you live outside the United States, please contact us to discuss additional shipping charges before sending the money order.

We will ship this product to any address anywhere in the world. Please contact us to discuss this option.
Simply select the PayPal option during checkout. We can only ship to “Confirmed Shipping Addresses” both domestically and internationally on PayPal. Delivery of the package will require a signature.
This is our least preferred option. Encoder orders via credit card will ONLY be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. Orders must be signed for by the holder of the credit card. We cannot ship encoders outside the US if paid for by credit card..
